With two decades of experience in consulting and in-house roles, I’ve seen firsthand the difference between effective and poor leadership, teamwork, and communication. That’s why I set out to create a practical solution that helps leaders, teams, and organizational developers focus on what truly matters and drive meaningful improvement. Building on my PhD research in leadership communication and its development, I created a new leadership model and designed this tool to bridge the gap between theory and practice. To bring it to life, I partnered with Dr. Juuso Repo from Vaikuttava Yritys, a specialist in impact measurement.
